The concept proposals for moving the Community Library to a new building beside the Kibworth Grammar School Hall (KGSH) were displayed at the consultation event on Sunday 26 September. A Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (TTRO) is to be made for the following location:
Church Road & Station Street, Kibworth Beauchamp. The purpose of the TTRO is to allow Amberon LTD on behalf of Network Rail to facilitate culvert lining works.

A Temporary Traffic Regulation Order has been agreed for this location.
A prohibition of waiting and loading is required on Smeeton Road, Kibworth Beauchamp on the 26th July 2021 for 2 days.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order will be implemented for public safety for Leicestershire County Council to facilitate investigate void and patch footway to reduce standing water.
